The interior design of the Clark
residence, Suite 106 at the Boathouse,
marks the 20th year of collaboration
between Don and Kim Clark and Kuhn C.
Young of the Kuhn Young Design Group.
This home is transitionally furnished in
a style that reflects the family’s
eclectic style. The grand piano anchors
the room and draws the eye toward the
fabulous water view. The master suite is
located off the living/dining area and
has a very serene feeling because of the
artwork and river view. Their daughter’s
room is located at the end of the hall.
The furnishings in this room reflect her
glamorous, sophisticated style. The
location of this room at the opposite
end of the suite offers privacy. As you
prepare to leave the Clark’s, take one
last look and enjoy the festive décor
and the spirit of the Christmas holiday
season.
